Nous avons construit un portail où les clients peuvent facilement choisir et acheter des produits d’assurance pour les voyages, l’auto ou la maison. K&H Assurance, 2014.

La communication avec le client se fait de manière simple et sécurisée en ligne. Nous avons travaillé avec Atoll pour développer avec succès ce portail pour K&H Assurance.

Le Défi

Les clients souhaitent de plus en plus s’orienter vers internet pour obtenir et gérer leurs assurances. K&H Assurance a souhaité se lancer dans ce nouveau canal de vente directe pour renforcer son marché. Les méthodes traditionnelles de ventes ne s’appliquent pas en ligne en l’absence de conseils personnalisés. L’outil doit donc être simple d’utilisation et ceux, tout au long du processus des ventes. L’application doit aussi prendre en compte les ventes d’autres produits associés.

La Solution

Afin de répondre aux demandes et developper un portail des ventes simple d’utilisation nous avons fait appel à une équipe de professionnels qui a d’abord fait l’analyse des comportements des utilisateurs. Une fois réalisée, des nouvelles maquettes ont été testées par des utilisateurs types. Basé sur des données plus précises, nos programmeurs ont ensuite construit le portail des ventes. Ont également participés, des SEO et des experts en analyse et testing, pour de meilleurs résultats des ventes.

A feladat

Volt már, hogy elfelejtett biztosítást kötni utazás előtt? Netán szüksége volt a konzulátus elérhetőségére külföldön? A K&H Biztosító segítség akar lenni ügyfeleinek az otthontól távol is. A K&H Útitárssal egy valódi „svájci bicska” mobil alkalmazást szerettek volna ügyfeleik farzsebébe tenni.

A megoldás

A K&H Útitárs iOS és Android app igazi partner a világjáróknak. Megcélozza mind az új utasbiztosítás-kötések eladását egy új csatornán, mind a segítségnyújtást az ügyfélnek. A felhasználók néhány gombnyomással árajánlatot kapnak, amit azonnal el is fogadhatnak. Ezen felül olyan funkciókat is nyújt, mint valutaváltás, iránytű, vagy telefonos segítség.

A feladat

Hasonlóan minden máshoz, az Internet elsődleges színtere a biztosítások megkötésének. A K&H Biztosító új online direktértékesítő csatornája ezen a piacon erősíti a céget a nem-életbiztosítás szegmensben. A hagyományos értékesítési technikák nem működnek online – a biztosítási szakemberek személyes tanácsadása hiányában az online felületnek olyan egyszerűnek kell lennie, hogy az ügyfelek zökkenőmentesen haladjanak a megkötési folyamaton. Mi több, az alkalmazásnak támogatnia kell a kapcsolt termékek és biztosítási opciók értékesítését is.

A megoldás

Annak érdekében, hogy egy élvezhető online felületet készítsünk, a közös munka a felhasználói viselkedések vizsgálatával kezdődött, melyet UI szakemberek végeztek. Az online ügyfélszerzési stratégia, illetve az ajánlatadási és szerződéskötési folyamatokból kattintható mockup-ot készítettünk, amit ismét felhasználókon teszteltünk. A finomhangolásokat követően programozó gurujaink lefejlesztették a direktértékesítési portált. SEO és analytics szakértők is dolgoztak a projekten, akik A/B tesztek és a portál felhasználásának valós adatait elemezve segítettek a rendszer továbbhangolásában a legjobb forgalmi eredmények elérése érdekében.

K&H Insurance aims to be the right assistance for their clients and always be at hand. Available on Android and iOS devices, the K&H Útitárs (K&H Travel Companion) application was designed for globetrotters. It responds to both aims of K&H Insurance – be the right help to customers while abroad and generate more revenue. Users can obtain instant quotes and get covered with a click of a button. The application also provides access to phone assistance, foreign exchange rates and even a compass.

The Challenge

As getting insurance online has become widely used and demanded, K&H Insurance launched a new direct sales channel to strengthen its market position in the non-life insurance segment. The traditional ways of offering insurance products do not work online – in the absence of personal guidance by agents, it must be so simple to use that people would smoothly and quickly progress through the sales funnel. What’s more, the application must also support the sales of other linked products and options.

The Solution

In order to deliver an online channel people love to use, we addressed the requirements by a team of UI professionals, who first conducted a user behavior analysis. Once the customer acquisition strategy and process were clear designers built mockups that were again tested by sample users. Based on the fine-tuned specification our programming gurus built the online Direct Sales Portal. SEO and analytics experts worked on the project too, making sure that the best sales results are achieved by smart A/B testing and keeping a finger on the portal’s pulse.
