The IT Architecture Forum, launched in 2011 as an initiative of Atoll and IDG Poland, is an annual enterprise architecture management event in Warsaw, Poland. On 19 April this year, more than 150 professionals from various industries and backgrounds gathered in the library of the University of Warsaw to share ideas and experience about architecture management with a special focus on its business aspects.

Atoll Technologies delivered the repository solution for Information Technology Authority in Oman

Fulfilling the Digital Oman Strategy, Information Technology Authority (ITA) has developed the Oman eGovernment Architecture Framework (OeGAF). Atoll Technologies was awarded to supply a repository solution for effective modeling of Omani government’s IT and business landscape and to develop valuable IT maps for decision making. The application went live 28 September successfully.

Another 48 hours

In 2011, IBM and its partners are staging IBM’s 48-hour programming contest for the 8th time. This year, the Faculty of Informatics at the University of Debrecen is hosting the contest for students in higher education, to be held between 4 and 6 November. For the 6th time this year, Atoll Technologies is sponsoring the contest and is offering the opportunity to participate in real projects.
