The aim of the six-month assignment was to take Omantel to the next level of IT management, where strategic planning is based on real environmental data, the change processes are governed properly and the business requirements are satisfied quicker and in better quality by utilizing reusable solution components.
We believe that EAM and SOA initiatives can only be successful with a clear vision implemented by down-to-earth processes, and governing rules with unbroken focus on the main goals.
Thanks to the determination of the Omantel team and to the experience of Atoll Technologies, the practice supported by our flexible SAMU Repository tool has been implemented smoothly in the daily life of Omantel.
Building on the results of the project, Omantel can significantly improve its services to their corporate and retail customers.
