Atoll at the III. Architecture Forum in Warsaw

Doubling the number of delegates from previous year, the 2012 IT Architecture Forum was a highly successful and well-received event amongst the150 executive attendants. Building on the traditions while focusing on new trends, the 3^rd IT Architecture Forum invited decision makers with requirement to holistic architectural understanding for profound judgments.

This year, evolving IT architecture management practices to enterprise level stayed in the center point of the conference. We explored how different planning and communication techniques may help to boost the interaction between IT and the business. Moreover, a dedicated section investigated the right role of architects in the enterprise, the required soft skills and knowledge. We examined the architecture manager as a profession as well as the possible personal development routes.

Atoll delivered a presentation with practical tips for a successful EAM initiative titled: Practice makes perfect – best practices for a down-to-earth EAM.
